GROKIUM : EURL (French single-shareholder limited company) with variable capital

Data collected

Grokium collects only the data that you voluntarily send us through the contact form:

No data is collected automatically for tracking or profiling purposes. This site places no advertising cookies. The audience measurement described below is triggered only with your consent.

Purpose of the processing

The data collected through the contact form is used exclusively to:

This data is not used for any marketing, advertising or unsolicited canvassing purposes.

Legal basis for the processing

The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given by your voluntary submission of the contact form, in accordance with article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Retention period

Your data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from our last exchange, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for the management of prospects and business contacts.

At the end of that period, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Recipients of the data

Your data is transmitted through the third-party service Formspree (formspree.io, a US company), which acts as a processor for the technical delivery of messages. This service is subject to GDPR compliance safeguards.

Apart from this service and the tools described below, no other transfer to third parties takes place. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes.

Online tools

Adobe Campaign log reader. The basic analysis runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent. The optional AI analysis uses your Anthropic API key: if you click, your browser sends directly to Anthropic (a US company, the publisher of Claude) the pasted log (emails, telephone numbers and IP addresses masked if the box is checked, which is the case by default), the chosen context and the result of the local analysis. Grokium receives neither the log nor the key. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use the data received through its API to train its models. If you choose to keep it, the key is stored only in your browser.

Salta, workflow generator. Salta runs in your browser and never accesses your Adobe Campaign instance. When you start a drafting run, your browser sends directly to Anthropic, with your API key: your request, the description of the tables and fields you have loaded (names, labels, types, list values) and, where applicable, the structure of the workflow to be modified and the console error message. No data row from your database is sent. These exchanges are covered by your own account and by Anthropic's terms; Grokium does not receive them. Your profile and, if you choose, your key are stored only in your browser.

Feedback and reports. The form provided on the tools sends your email address and your message to contact@grokium.fr, solely in order to reply to you. To limit abuse, the server keeps for no more than 24 hours a submission counter linked to a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, without the content.

Anthropic: privacy policy and commercial terms.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights over your personal data:

To exercise these rights, contact us by email at: contact@grokium.fr. We undertake to reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL : www.cnil.fr

Cookies & audience measurement

No audience measurement cookie is placed before you give your agreement. On your first visit, a banner offers “Accept” or “Decline”:

Your choice is stored in a technical cookie named cookie_consent (value “accepted” or “refused”), for 6 months, across the whole site. Its only purpose is to remember your decision.

Change your mind at any time: the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page displays the banner again. Choosing “Decline” deletes the measurement cookies already present in your browser.

Tools concerned: Google Tag Manager (GTM-NNTSGZV9), tag manager, and Google Analytics 4 (G-BRG23BMVM1), audience measurement. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
